All you have to do is send us your analysis request. When we receive it:
 

• it will be reviewed by our staff
   
• it will be completed by a real estate expert in YOUR area
   
• once the research is completed, it will be sent to you

Keep in mind, the more detailed your request form is, the more accurate our final analysis will be! Please describe your property in as much detail as possible when filling out your analysis request.

After you submit your request & information to us, we will get it back to you as soon as possible, but definitely within 72 hours.
If for any reason you need it faster than that, please let us know and we will do everything in our power to accommodate your request.
